Pulled in & checked in for pizza to be brought out. 10 minutes later my pizzas still weren’t brought out while I watched workers wonder around the store thru the door not working just playing around. I decided to go in, I stood at the counter for 5 minutes while the worker completely ignored that a customer was at the counter (me). So after standing there for 5 minutes & being ignored i confronted the worker & said “yo can I get my pizzas, I’ve been standing here for 5 minutes”. The worker immediately grabbed my pizzas & handed them to me. Horrible customer service at this place. Foods good but customer service is HORRIBLE.

Despite getting food from here somewhat regularly this is the only place that I have never once been greeted by the employees, nor had any of them respond to me saying thank you, and if i do ever have to go in the store i always have to wait for them to put their phones down before they even come to the counter. On top of that every single time i do carside delivery i put in the app for them to bring it to the drivers side since i can't really reach the passenger side door, yet they never do even if the drivers front door is the closest to the front door of the store, i have even had them go past my drivers side door around the back of the car and up to the passenger front window before. If the customer service was even mildly passable or would've been a 4 star instead of a 1.
