I ordered the Pollo Asado bowl with extra pollo asado, extra white rice, black beans, sour cream, extra cheese, fresh tomato salsa, romaine lettuce, fajita veggies, and extra roasted chili-corn salsa, along with the large chips & queso and watermelon limeade. Everything was fresh, delicious, and super filling—I even had enough of my bowl left over for another meal! My one-year-old got the chicken kids quesadilla with black beans and fruit, plus a side of guacamole. He ate some of everything but didn’t finish it all—which is pretty standard toddler behavior. I loved having simple options to choose from for him. The location itself was clean and well kept, and parking was easy to find, which is always appreciated when I’m out with a toddler. Overall, we really enjoyed our lunch.

We are strictly vegetarian, but unfortunately, we found several pieces of chicken mixed into all four of our veggie bowls. Although this may have been a mistake, this is completely unacceptable, especially when customers specifically order vegetarian food. Please make sure that proper hygiene and food-handling procedures are followed and that vegetarian and non-vegetarian items are kept completely separate. We expect this issue to be taken seriously and not happen again.
- NUNagaChowdary UpputuriSep 5, 20261.0Ordered 4 veg bowls but 2 of them got chicken prices mixed and when reached out for customer care over phone number and that agent simply said can’t provide resolution or refund and ended the call, and same with their mobile app care team. worst customer care and do not recommend chipotle anywhere , just waste of time and money, they flag some customer profiles also based on reporting of their mishaps/ issues to prevent more bad reviews they are descriminating consumers. totally cheap guys and I have reported this practice to bbb.org for further deep investigation of their malpractice n making profits out of consumer money.
