    Absolutely horrible experience at the Corry McDonald’s tonight. We stopped in after my son’s baseball game, ordered over $40 worth of food, and sat there waiting for nearly an hour while multiple groups that came in after us were getting their food first. Then a whole school bus of out-of-town kids came in, ordered after us, and they were getting served while we were still sitting there with nothing. No communication. No apology. No urgency whatsoever. After waiting that long with hungry kids after a ballgame, we finally just got up and walked out. Easily some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from a restaurant. What an absolute joke.

    I went in to figure out what went wrong with my order from the other night um I never got it DoorDash said they could not help I would have to go to McDonald’s so I did and the manager ROSE was very helpful and she has helped me before to she is amazing thank you rose

    Normal busy times Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner. Average wait time is 12min.+ for drive thru (50% chance of being pulled and have waited 20min+ for unknown reason). Don't eat inside so unsure of quality. If order is over a certain price you get your drinks and immediately pulled. If you have patience your fine.

    Stopped for two unsweetened teas. The person that appeared to be manager style (neat, middle aged) stood talking to another person ( not business related). There are automated machines to place order, so after standing at the counter for about two minutes and NO acknowledging from her or any other of the multiple employees filling drive through orders, I entered and payed for my two drinks. While waiting an additional five minutes two different customers came in and stood at the counter, again ignored but seen. After a period of time they left, obviously disgusted with the service. Seeing an employee walk past me twice , I explained they needed to cancel my paid order and could do whatever they wished with the beverages. I left and although I have never left a negative review, this was necessary. I will certainly bypass this establishment in the future.

    I’m normally a big defender of this place figuring they train new hires and kids—but I just can’t afford it anymore. It ends up being more trouble than it’s worth. Their kiosk isn’t even really an option as an alternative to avoid mistakes bc the interface doesn’t make any sense. They’re always gonna say it’s your mistake not theirs bc this is how they run their place. They robbed us of 92 dollars last year and refused to fix it. Despite being shown proof it charged double. After today it’s still not really an excuse for poor service. Had they answered the phone while nobody was busy since my husband just left that place, they could’ve given me the shoddy excuse on my kids’ stuff and I could’ve noticed they failed to even put my own sandwich in there at all 😒 I have been up all night with 4 sick kids and a sick me. I paid for a breakfast sandwich that never made it in the bag. After a second trip was already made since they didn’t wanna answer the phone, I would have to have my husband go all the way back out there a 3rd time. He did this bc it was supposed to make the day a little bit easier for the kids and I and it literally created more chaos. I had to try to explain dad has to go out and sort out why there’s no pancakes in here, sorry guys. Their autism makes that difficult. A few times before that they forgot the kids’ toys. I keep giving ya chances (or rather-my husband). I normally roll with the punches which are frequent, but this happens EVERY time. It’s always requiring extra trips and it’s just not even worth it. I am disabled. I have special needs kids. It’s been like this for years. I have worked at a McDonalds with better management as a kid. Never again 🤦‍♀️
