- IDIzabella DrochakJun 13, 20261.0Last time I will go to this Dunkin unfortunately. Tired of spending my money here just for them to mess up my drink every time. First of all, you can barely understand the woman at the speaker. So communicating with her already took the majority of the patience I had. Then I pull up to the window to receive my drink and she got the numbers on my drink correct. Meaning the amounts of the flavors and sugars I wanted. Now I get this drink at every Dunkin all the time. It’s a medium iced tea with 7 pumps of unsweetened raspberry flavoring, and five pumps of the liquid cane sugar with no ice. Their tea was a totally different color than what it usually is. It’s usually a dark brown, and it was like light colored, almost golden like their green tea. So I made sure I tried the drink before I left the window and obviously it was wrong. Tasted like sugar water. No I didn’t add too many pumps of sugar. I know this drink. I get it every time I go. I sent the first drink back Knowing that something was wrong, and I mentioned the color of the tea and this woman just kept saying that I should get ice in it, and that adding ice would fix my problem after I said numerous times, I don’t get ice because it would mess up the taste of the drink. Meaning less liquid and would be too sweet. My problem wasn’t even the sweetness. It was the fact that there was no tea flavor in it. I guess she went to make me a new one She brought it back and it looked and tasted the same exact way. So then her coworker comes to the window and they try to tell me that it’s because the tea is freshly brewed as if I’m some kind of idiot. Threw my drink out in the parking lot on my way out and regret not asking for my money back. The people who work here run on half a brain.
