Unwrapped it to find there were 3 ingredients inside. Corn, cheese, and sour cream rolled into a single tortilla. How an employee even rolls that and thinks it's good to go, is incredible. The level of brainlessness at this location is unbelievable. Corn, cheese, and sour cream and someone wrapped it up and sent it out. Reading is obviously not a requirement, as it's on the receipt what I wanted. Also forgot the large side of cilantro lime sauce I ordered. Every time I go to this location, it's an issue. Order is never right and made poorly. Corporate needs to shut it down for absolutely destroying what used to be a good meal

The guy said I needed make a $5 purchase. No where in bday my email did say a $5 purchase was required… even had ChatGPT review the terms link and it wasn’t in there. Now, the chips may have required a $5 purchase, which in that case I would’ve said forget the chips and departed with my queso happily (chips at home). However, he didn’t say that. So I left and directly contacted customer service, which wasn’t helpful either. Terrible experience. Moe’s would have the decency to give the free queso and include the chips. No wonder this place has such terrible ratings. I should also mention that it was disgustingly dirty inside with 5 or 6 guys just standing around behind the counter. Time for a house cleaning!
