  Always the same at this location. The food station is disgusting and all the ingredients are mixed together. Always out of basic ingredients like cheese and white rice. People in the back eating the food as they prepare it and laughing about it with eachother. They bring their own speaker and blast music so loud that you can’t hear them. Then when you ask them to repeat questions then roll their eyes and yell it back at you. No greeting when you walk in, and when they ring you out they literally toss the food on the counter then walk away.

  Always a mess the tables are never cleaned. The workers are disrespectful and act like it’s a club. Anytime I order food later than 6 the portions suck and you don’t get what you want at all. They seem to never have any crunchy tacos and it seems that after 6 they refuse to make food and you just have to choose from the left overs so you don’t even have the option to get what you want. There are a select few workers that do their job and do it well but for the majority its awful.

  First, take a look around before you order. As you walk up to the establishment the trash cans on the outside were filled to the top. Every window was filthy with fingerprints everywhere and smog. You can tell the windows have not been washed in weeks. The tables were all empty but had food debris on every table. Behind the line was tons of dirty cooking utensils and pans stacked ten high. The manager was walking around with a clip board basically doing nothing and the five other employees were working and struggling but trying. It was only 11:30 am too. Something is definitely not right here. I’m sorry to share my disappointments but if all of this is going on with the business what is going on with the way they handle the food. We left without eating. I slept on it and decided to post next day for others to think about this choice. Stay healthy.

  I like Chipotle but this place should be avoided. The service is often slow. 15+ minute waits are common for drive thru despite giving them ample time. When you do get your food it is usually wrong. The staff turnover is high leaving the guests to tell the servers how to make the meals. This is a great location and it should do well but in its current form it is one of the worst places to eat in moon

  Not only the worst Chipotle experience I have had, but the worst restaurant experience. 90 minutes in line for mobile order. My son went in three times to check when it will be done and they kept saying soon. Items came out incomplete and incorrect. If you cannot keep up with mobile orders they need to be turned off. Chipotle must focus on their under performing stores and make it better. Saying you are short staffed is not a valid excuse when you are perfectly capable of throttling online ordering so your employees don’t drown. I feel bad for the staff and the customers that waited for subpar food.
