  This was the worst experience I have ever had getting chipotle. They are short staffed, didn’t want to make our food, and what we actually received was terrible. We got the wrong meal and we tried telling the guy that worked there and he was ready to fight. lol.

  I’ve been to a lot of Chipotle’s and I’ve never seen a location as dirty and unkempt as this one. The service was okay - not very attentive or inviting. There was complaining about the amount of customers coming in. The state of the kitchen area was appalling… The display window was filthy. All the counters were covered in food, along with the tables in the dining area. The fridge was completely empty and the worst part about that was there were plenty of staff around; they were just standing around not doing anything. It’s very clear that there are little to no expectations as far cleanliness and service is concerned. No food was being prepared at the time a potential busy service time. They were out of tortillas and chips….. at Chipotle….. I feel like those two ideas can’t exist in the same sentence. And out of fajita veggies?! Like what. The food was lukewarm, not very appetizing and just overall bad. Someone go in there and save that place - they clearly need help.

  Been to this location twice. It’s the worst chipotle I’ve ever visited. It’s filthy and every single time they are out of one or more basic items. This time no black beans and no grilled veggies. Nothing is stocked on drinks and the employees clearly don’t want to be there. We will go to the Robinson location in the future bc this one is awful.

  We arrived to a locked door, no sign, no idea of what was going on. Ends up, not enough employees, so we have to order by phone. Had to pay by credit card, NO Gift Cards allowed. Couldn't customize our bowl. That said, it was good food, just a nasty experience. My brother in law decided to skip and go to Arby's and be treated better.

  I came to the chipotle in moon by the Walmart and there was sign on the window saying to place orders online and pick up at the drive thru. I placed my oder and went thru the drive thru waited like 20 minutes and when I got to the window the worker told me that due to no workers that it would take like 40 more minutes so I pulled over to wait until he had help to get my order…after like 50 minutes and MULTIPLE cars in and out trying to get the orders they places we see a sign on the window saying that the store was closed due to no workers he didn’t come out to let anyone know he literally just left the store left everything in the store on the steam tables were all smoking due to being on there were a couple orders made sitting on the shelf the drive thru window was unlocked and was able to be opened from the outside smh…then after about an hour and 30 minutes a workers shows up saying they closed at 5:00 smh…literally like 30 people placed orders and didn’t get their food…
