  Waited about 25 freaking minutes as i watched them slam out online orders over dine-in making everyone else in dine in wait excessively long periods of time for their food. Why is it i feel like im less important than someone who essentially gets the red carpet rolled out for them prioritizing them over anyone else? I watched people that didnt even show up the same time as me walk in and walk back out with their things before my order was even thought of. Theres no way all those people ordered an hour ago. If everyone had to wait almost 25 minutes for their food you wouldnt be making any money. I get it, theres a rush sometimes but the guy at the register also gave me an attitude when i came up to ask about my order after sitting there for 20 minutes and waved a gesture over to the kitchen like i didnt already see that it was busy. I get it. I worked food. But you can't be doing that to people either. I honestly didnt appreciate that very much. They also forgot my jalapeno cream cheese on my smokehouse brisket bagel so i had to go up and get that too. The young kid was kind to give me some in a cup. My experience was rather awful today i can think of 20 other places to go for breakfast where i wont be left waiting around for huge online orders for people who aren't even here seeming like everyone eating inside always gets put on the back burner and end up paying $22 for just two breakfast sandwiches. Thats wild to me.

  This place is good, don’t get me wrong. And I fully understand that they’re busy because of that. But I stopped here for breakfast with my fiancée and we were waiting almost a half hour for our 2 sandwiches. Pretty much everybody that came in like after us got their food before us, it started to feel like we were forgotten. When he went to just ask the cashier if maybe our order was accidentally overlooked, he had an attitude about how “we have all these customers here”. I get it. It’s busy. It’s rough. But we just wanted to ensure we were going to get what we paid almost 30 bucks for. There was no need for the attitude. And then when we finally get our sandwiches there’s no cream cheese on them. This was just terrible today. And I am so disappointed.

  Had an easy order today, got to the office 40 min away and no cream cheese , knives, napkins, just 12 uncut bagels in a brown bag. Love the coffee. Place needs a facelift.

  We've placed several pickup orders through their website and each time we didn't have to wait long at all for our orders to be ready. The one time we did have to wait there was comfortable seating available. The atmosphere is nice! I've ordered the smoked salmon bagel almosy every time we've gone, it's too good! All their ingredients are always fresh. And the sunny side up egg shaped cookie is too cute to pass up!

  my boyfriend and I enjoy coming here because the food is usually OK at Bruegger’s. However, the past couple times it has not been good at all. The customer service is mediocre at best. There’s always a woman who’s seemingly angry at everything in the world with tattoos in a high bun typically. And then we get our food and it is burnt and there’s no cream cheese in my boyfriend‘s bagel. It is just disappointing. last time we were here, they didn’t even put the right cream cheese on my boyfriend‘s bagel. I believe, pumpkin and plain looked totally different. How that’s messed up. I do not know. I love Brewers, but everywhere else this location is just not good.
