  Food is overpriced for how it turns out. If I’m spending $10+ per sandwich, I expect it to at least look appetizing. One of the sandwiches I ordered (ham, egg & swiss) was missing the egg - that’s like 25% of the sandwich being incorrect. The staff are not knowledgeable and do not help you through transactions, they do not provide the minimum customer service needed for quick, accurate, and reliable service. Someone who has never been to this place should be able to have a staff member walk them through your system, not just stare like the customer is the problem. Skip this location and try somewhere else. To add to this, I used to work at this location in high school and if I acted like how their current staff acts, I would’ve been fired mid shift. It’s not unreasonable to expect people to do their jobs at their place of employment. If an actual person who owns this place sees this review, perhaps start investing in your store and train your staff better. I’m expecting to get the same copy-paste response telling me “so sorry, this is so disappointing to hear” and to go to another website to leave another review. I will not be doing that, nor updating this review to a higher score. If you want the store to get higher reviews, you actually have to put in the work.

  The food was alright. Decent pricing for what it is. Not a single staff (3 people there) said hello when I walked in or even looked at me. Their espresso machine was down. The guy didn't tell me my total. Swear they were mute, unless they talked to eachother or apparently a regular visitor. Then 3 people ordered behind me and they all got their food before me. 3 stars. Wouldn't recommend, wouldn't come back.. honestly a shame for a niche place with personable staff and operable equipment, i'd be more impressed.
