  Went in yesterday to get some odds and ends and was having trouble finding smoothie packets in the organic section. An employee named Todd was on his way through the aisle and asked if we needed help finding something. Even though he couldn't find it at first he made a point to help us by looking through the whole aisle and then asked another associate who eventually helped us find what we needed . Both employees went above and beyond. Very helpful staff!

  i had a great experience at this giant! i dont usually go to this one, but it is so worth the drive! my cashier brett was super helpful, he helped my grandma and i load groceries into our car and made us feel so welcomed. we will be coming back :)

  Have had multiple negative experiences with one particular rude employee. They've moved him around and most recently he works in the gas booth outside. Well he slammed the tray open and it hit my 7- month pregnant wife in her stomach. I told a supervisor and he said he'd tell his manager. The employee is still in the gas hut over a week later. We will not be getting gas here and will be avoiding the store location in general.
