- RDRoma DadlaniOct 4, 20261.0If I was able to leave half a star, I would. I placed an online order this morning thinking it would save me time before work. Instead, I waited OVER 15 minutes for one coffee, and the unnecessary wait ended up making me late for work. What made the experience even worse was the customer service. When I got to the drive-thru, I repeatedly said “excuse me” because I simply wanted to ask how much longer my coffee was going to take. The employee completely ignored me while standing there with AirPods in his ears. Having AirPods in while working the drive-thru is already extremely unprofessional, but ignoring a customer who is directly trying to speak to you takes it to another level. I understand that restaurants get busy and sometimes orders take longer than expected. What I don’t understand is waiting 15+ minutes for an ONLINE order and then not even being acknowledged when politely asking for an update. The lack of urgency, communication, and basic customer service was disappointing. I’ve had quite a few bad experiences with Dunkin Donuts but this is by far the worst. I will not be returning.

I think it’s stale. I’ll probably see myself out from this location from now on…

The coffee used to be reliably good but now it’s always a different taste each time I go. There are also several staff members who make fun of customers’ names they find funny and laugh at them when they think the microphone is turned off and the customers can not hear them. Poor attitude and very disrespectful. I will no longer be going to this Dunkin and I intend on telling everyone I know to go to the ones in Quakertown instead. Save yourself the annoyance of rude employees and messed up orders
