  Easily the dirtiest fast food place I’ve ever been in, shoes were sticking to the floor, the bathrooms were disgusting and the food did not taste like other Arby’s.

  I never got my food. I waited in the drive thru line for 15 minutes with only 1 car in front me. That car didn't get their food before I decided to leave.

  $12 for this pathetic meal (3 tenders that were barely bigger than a chicken nugget, curly fries, and a drink) and a bad attitude from the employee who served me. I guess there's a reason I don't bother with Arby's these days.

  Did an online order for pick up thru drive thru on June 8th. Arrived on time someone acknowledged me thru pick up and I pull up to window to see no one. Waited a good 5 minutes and food wasn't ready. Ordered the Ham&Swiss for 1st time i usually get classic roast beef what a mistake that was. Go home unwrap sandwich and was appalled at the sandwich I received. Called there and spoke with the shift manager who told me repeatedly they put 3 ounces of meat on a sandwich and let him know the sandwich I received is pathetic. He took my name and number and said general manager would call me Tuesday Well its Thursday have not received that call. I call there phone rings 4 times and hands up.Im adding picture of sandwich I received and apicture of the sandwich Arby's advertises you be the judge..But I would like a refund please

  We are out here often for softball game and I would go out of my way to not come here again. Service was unbelievably slow for no reason.
