- BBBarbara BrownMay 5, 20261.0I ordered 3 sandwiches yesterday...Let's start with the worker tried to place a chicken cutlet on my sandwich which somehow became entwined with a cloth for cleaning. I literally had to ask him for another one, then they proceeded to give me one cutlet to I guess cutlet down on time and stating it was a small sandwich (PRIMO) but decided to get me my missing cutlet. The other sandwiches were sub-par as well....HARDLY ANY CONDIMENTS ‼️‼️It was if they were NEW to sandwich making. Please get some competent and more professional staff to make people's food. I won't be back to that location. Downtown....I go‼️‼️ More professional and BETTER SANDWICHES ‼️‼️

Usually if I order online, the order is always ready when I arrive. Even during busy peak times. Keep up the good work on the high quality service.
