- HWHappy Healthcare workerJun 20, 20262.0Ordered a veggie Diablo with long hots and no extra seasoning. What got was some melted cheese, lame amount of eggplant, zero spinach, zero long hots. Hubby got a primos size turkey and cheese and asked for sharp provolone instead of American. He got American cheese and not a lot of meat. Really miss the old days when the hoagies actually looked like the pictures. Many other places to go to Thank God.

Friends said it is recently under new management and worth trying. Let me tell you, they did NOT disappoint! The hoagies were of quality, well made & fresh. The servers were attentive & helpful..Shout out to the young man who said he recently started & really likes his job! Was a welcoming atmosphere & clean! Oh, we also got the rice pudding, sooo delicious! Keep doing what you're doing. We shall return!

I literally had to ask him for another one, then they proceeded to give me one cutlet to I guess cutlet down on time and stating it was a small sandwich (PRIMO) but decided to get me my missing cutlet. The other sandwiches were sub-par as well....HARDLY ANY CONDIMENTS ‼️‼️It was if they were NEW to sandwich making. Please get some competent and more professional staff to make people's food. I won't be back to that location. Downtown....I go‼️‼️ More professional and BETTER SANDWICHES ‼️‼️
