  We came through the drive through on 5/14. We ordered two blizzards and two chicken strips. We were given a blizzard that had ice cream running down the outside overflowing the cup. We had one blizzard not even close to being full. We were given the smallest pieces of chicken I think you had available, and one of them were the wrong kind. The one blizzard was to have strawberry mix in and did not. The short brunette with glasses and the lady who made the pup cup said not a word during the transaction. I think after telling them thank you and have a good night, they should have some sort of customer service. Also i did not realize my husband ordered food also so i actually had to come back for the chicken. The two younger blondes working inside seemed friendly giving me the chicken order. Please have the ladies working the drive through do better.

  I wanted to give a shout out to the General Manager at the Connellsville location (I think her name was Rebecca?) I ordered online a couple weeks ago, and the online format was weird and messed up my order. They made my order (milkshakes) according to what the online ticket said. I asked for 4 vanilla milkshakes, and the ticket said chocolate instead. Once they made the shakes and brought them to me, I offered to pay the extra because of the online error to get my vanilla shakes. The GM was so nice, remade them free of charge and suggested calling if anything online is difficult to order. It was excellent service and the GM was very nice, understanding and helpful.

  This Dairy Queen Is My Favorite... It's Always Clean And The Staff Is Always Good...I've Never Had A Issue With My Food..
