No butter provided for lobster tails. No bread and butter with meal. Seriously mistakes happen. But obviously there is no pride in what they do here. It was in a Sunday just after 7pm. Not busy here at all. Just careless. An absolute joke. The manager contacted me after 5 days and offered me a 4.00 refund. The cheesecake alone was 10 dollars. Never again.i will share my experience.

And instead of apologizing, the server says "oh no! Well, between me and you, you asked for the grilled shrimp..." I said "uh no I didn't?" And she said "oh don't worry, I'll take the blame for this one" which is like bro what the hell are you even talking about 😭😭😭🙏 I eventually got my chicken, and she kept making jabs at me the whole night saying "oh did he get his "chicken?" Oh there it is!" In a very sarcastic way. When I was given my chicken. It was by someone in the kitchen and not a server, and they said "watch out, the plate is hot, I mean it's not hot, it's cold" like what bruh 😭🙏 It was just an awful experience and it made me honestly sad. Like I wasn't cared for at all. Worst place I've been to serving wise. Really disappointing.
