However, over the past year, we have noticed that the cashiers act annoyd, do not seem to be there to assist or perhaps lack customer service training. We decided to try this particular Giant store, and to our pleasant surprise, every employee was friendly. When we went to pay for our items, they did not act as if we were an inconvenience; instead, they were helpful and cheerful. They made eye contact, engaged in conversations, and were always willing to assist. Even my recent online shopping experience was excellent. They were out of a specific item I had purchased, and they went the extra mile to call me and inquire if I would like a substitution for the particular flavor I had initially chosen. Brooke, Matt, and Brianna did an excellent job. I am truly grateful to have now discovered my new supermarket. Thank you all for making me and my family feel so welcome in your store.
