  Terrible. Ordered food around 6pm and it was wrong. Cold and soggy buffalo chip dip. They didnt even warm up the bread that goes with the dip. 0 stars if possible

  This was our third time eating at Ember & Ale, but unfortunately, it might be our last. They had three major strikes against them on this visit: The Bar: We tried ordering drinks from the bar, but waitress stated the bartender didn't know how to make them, and they could only make margaritas. Cold Food: We ordered wings and previously they were spot on, but this time the drumsticks were served ice-cold and wings were luke warm at best. Menu Quality Drop: Ordered the buffalo chicken pizza, which I’ve had here before when it featured generous, chunky chopped chicken. This time, it looked like shrinkflation hit—the pizza was topped with finely minced chicken instead, which was a huge downgrade. After this experience, though, it’s getting harder to justify coming back.

  Me and my boyfriend got there at 7:48 exactly, when we got there we expected it to be busy since it was a Friday night, there was not many people there at all. As we were seated they took awhile to give us our menus, and then we ordered our food. It took almost an hour for them to give us the food. We politely asked our waitress when our food was going to come out and she said “Idk whenever it’s ready”.. ok? And on top of that we asked for no onions on our buffalo chicken pizza and it looked like they put it on and tried to take them off but left a few… side note we were the only black people in there just sayin. We watched tables of two come in after us and leave before us ordering the same thing basically.. the sandwhich my man got chicken was so dry also. The tall chair I sat on was also super wobbly.

  I’ve been waiting for my food for 40+ minutes. We asked about the status of our food at around 30. The lady said I don’t know whenever it’s ready. Writing this while still waiting, 40 minutes and counting. Two menu items ordered by the way.

  I travel around the Philadelphia and Bicks county area for work and I tried Ember on my lunch break and had a wonderful experience! Nindhi was very welcoming and made me feel right at home. I tried their off-the-menu Meatball Sandwich with Vodka sauce and it was amazing! I actually left my credit card there she happened to see me when I got off work at 3:00 and flagged me down to tell me I forgot my credit card. During our conversations I told her I was working today across the street and she was actually kind enough to to try to find me to give me back my card, but she didn’t find the office. That tells me how nice of a person she is and how much she cares about the customers! High recommend if you’re ever in the Collegeville area!
