  This place is incredible! Got two Togo subs and they were soooooooo delicious! Unlike many places they were loaded with meat, good meat at that! And the prices were incredibly reasonable. A+ establishment!

  Very interesting experience felt like I was at a family table, everyone knew each other. I think my mistake was ordering a slice of something instead of something made to order. But very cool experience

  Collegeville Italian Bakery is truly one of those special local businesses that makes you feel like family the moment you walk through the door. Steve and Patricia are incredible people who have built much more than a bakery, they have created a true community gathering place. The food is always outstanding, the service is warm and welcoming, and you can feel the pride they put into everything they do. I recently had the opportunity to attend their pig roast, and it was absolutely fantastic. The food was incredible, the atmosphere was genuine, and the hospitality was second to none. Steve and Patricia treat people with kindness, generosity, and respect, and that is something you do not forget. Collegeville Italian Bakery is a staple in the community for a reason. Great food, great people, and a business that truly cares about its customers. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for amazing Italian food, baked goods, catering, or simply a place where you are treated like family.

  I used to like this place but like everything else lately the quality of their products has declined significantly. Hot honey wings looked like they were cooked in old oil and were fried so hard it looked like they tried to kill the chicken a second time. Just awful. Better to make your own food at home. If you value quality and your teeth shop elsewhere.

  “The Collegeville Italian Bakery” … what can I say. My wife and I have been patrons for over a decade. We regularly enjoy the Acai bowls and the Norristown Red Top Pie (R.I.P Charlie’s). Absolutely magnificent every-time. On this particular night, we decided to step out of our comfort zone and branch out by ordering “The Caprese Salad”. My wife loves getting wild, so she added a ”freshly fried” chicken cutlet to the top of that salad. It looked like it had been fried in some of that there E.V.O.O (Extra Virgin Olive Oil). We popped open that salad and went to town. All was well until later on, my wife started feeling ill. She told me she had to use the bathroom and it became a nightmare. That poor woman spent 25 minutes sitting on the toilet while holding a trash can up to her face… AT THE SAME TIME! It was then that I myself started feeling unwell and I feared I was about to suffer the same fate. We had surmised that some of the cutlet we ate had a stringy like texture that signified it had not been thoroughly cooked all the way through. We will continue to order the Acai bowls and Norristown Red Top, but whatever you do, BEWARE of them there chicken cutlets. Acai yall later folks!
