  The food at Chow Bistro was just okay, especially considering the prices. The portions and flavors were passable, but nothing really stood out or felt memorable for what we paid. It wasn’t bad, just not impressive enough to justify the higher cost. The staff, however, were very friendly and welcoming throughout the visit. They checked on us regularly, made sure our drinks were full, and were happy to answer questions about the menu. Their pleasant attitude definitely added to the overall experience. The ambiance in the restaurant was quite nice as well. The space felt comfortable and well-decorated, with a relaxed vibe that made it a good place to sit and talk. It’s the kind of environment that works well for both a casual night out and a slightly more special occasion. Overall, the experience at Chow Bistro was generally good, but the food quality fell a bit below expectations for the amount we paid. With such a nice setting and friendly service, I was hoping the dishes would match the rest of the experience. Unless the menu improves, it feels a bit hard to fully recommend based on value alone.

  Not a good experience. The atmosphere was okay and the décor was interesting in a good way. The service was terrible. The person who sat us dropped the menus on the table and kept walking. We sat for a while and watched the same person, who sat us, seat another table and serve them water while we sat with nothing. It is a small, one room joint. The servers just kept walking by us. After 20 minutes watching more tables get seated, we had to flag the person down to get water and place our order. We did not byob and were not offered other drink options. The menu had a good selection. The filet I had was tender and nicely done. The pear bruchetta app was good. The salmon dish my friend had was disappointing. We were not asked if we wanted desserts, only received the bill. I am a fan of second chances so I might try this place again if friends want to go, but I will not suggest it to them.

  Unfortunately there was a huge party, perhaps a wedding party, where it was so loud, we couldn't''t hear the folks at our table. If a restaurant, with limited area, is hosting a party, it should close for the rest of the public. Dinner took over an hour to arrive at our table. Won't be returning.
