  While the layout of the place leaves a lot to be designed, the food is fierce, and the drink options are top tier. I ended up getting to talk with Pedro and Bianca, and they're both really sweet, and work hard to make this place special. Thank you!

  Fresh, healthy ingredients. Very sizable portions, truly giving you your bang for you buck--wide array of beverages as well. Menu was organized with fair prices. Similar build-a-bowl style to Chipotle, but more Mediterranean-based. Clean interior seating and layout. Would definitely recommend for both dining in and take out.

  2 months ago I would have given 5 stars, but they have since messed up an entire order, which coukd have been fine if handled properly, however Cava has the worst customer service I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. First, trying to contact them is a puzzle in itself, then when I do contact them, with the order number, location, and all the details of the order, and since I use a different email than I used on the app, they weren't able to find my account. So I give them the email that is associated with the number I already gave them, and expressed I needed a refund as the whole order was messed up (2 entrees and 2 sides). They send me a reward for 1 entree and 1 side. I explain again I need a refund, not rewards, and for the whole order, not just half, since the whole order was messed up. So they tell me they will either reverse the charge right away, or send a credit in 7-10 business days. Well they decided to go the credit route, so after almost 2 weeks I receive credit for 2 entrees, no sides. At this point I am over it, I have no interest in giving them a chance to steal my money and give me food I cannot eat, but I figure I have that reward, I will give them a chance to make it up. Low and behold, I opened the app to see they went and took back the "rewards". So I went from eating there once a week to now advising everyone to avoid this place.

  I got the salmon in my bowl. It was not cooked properly at all. Did not look like at all like the picture they were advertising. It was very dry and unappetizing when I was eating it. Been to this cava 2 times. Very upset with how they cook their meats. Sad to say I will not come back to this location.

  This was my first time at a Cava. Young guy served me. He was very helpful and informative about the ingredients. The restaurant was clean and setup well. Thanks for the great dining experience. A plus this restaurant is located in a very nice shopping area.
