    I always enjoy the friendly service at 7 Brew Coffee! On one particular day, Elijah and Ben stood out as particularly helpful and enjoyable to converse with. They knew how to make me laugh and happily answered my questions about various drinks. When 7 Brew first opened, I worried about the long lines, but the lines always move quickly. I enjoy going to 7 Brew at least once a week. I think my favorite coffee beverage is the Sweet and Salty but the Banana Bread and the Smooth 7 are also really good.

    I ordered what I thought I ordered the last time. It was pretty thick and sweet. I went back to ask if I could have something different. The employee was so kind and friendly. She asked me a bunch of questions to really help me figure out what I would like. She actually made two more coffees and let me choose which I liked. It was so kind and great customer service. Very impressed!!

    I went to seven brew today to get my fav drink, I had a very lovely young man named Kaii helping me, the drink and his service were amazing but the experience was overall ruined when an employee Davi, who has helped me before, could be heard from my car being pretty verbally aggressive and giving a lot of attitude to the young man who helped me while I could clearly see him trying to help another car. Honestly experiencing that I’m not entirely sure I’d like to come back as I don’t like to support businesses that allow someone to act like that towards a coworker. I hope she’s not a manager because as a human being I would quit immediately, it was overall a very disappointing and disgusting experience to be a part of. Please do better.

    I have been hooked on 7 Brew since the first time I tried it. This past weekend I was at the Collegeville location. We were participating in a dance competition and I saw someone with a 7 Brew cup. So I found out where it was and I was on a coffee run! Depending on what everyone wants, I'm usually good for about 3 runs/day. Fast forward to the next day. I'm on the 2nd run of the day. As I pull out of the parking lot, the carrier shifts, and 4 large drinks dump out everywhere! So, I pull over and do my best to clean.up the mess. I turn around and head right to replace the order. I pull in and this young man named Kai (I hope I'm spelling it correctly) takes my order. I tell him I need a repeat of my last order. He asks and I tell him about the mishap. Upon hearing this, he tells me "No problem, we'll replace the order." I think he's just talking about remaking the order. I got to give him my card, he tells me "No, I can't take it. I can't let that be your experience today. We're going to make it right!" I told him that it wasn't their fault, I hadn't come back to complain, and if anyone was at fault it was me. He wasn't having any of it. He insisted on replacing my order. He was genuinely more concerned about my experience that day than anything else! Some people in customer service go and incredible job, but this young man went above and beyond. Customers are very quick to complain when any little thing doesn't go right, but credit must be given when it's as deserved as this. If the customer facing people that I work with (yes, I am also in customer service) were half as kind and pleasant as this young man, my job job would be a whole lot easier! Thanks again to the whole staff at the Collegeville stand, but ESPECIALLY Kai! Thanks again! George Stydocker

    I had such an amazing experience today and had to leave a review. I came around 1:30 for my lunch break and was helped by a worker named Kaii, and he was genuinely one of the most patient and welcoming people I’ve come across. From the moment I pulled in be waved and smiled at me, he made me feel comfortable and took the time to walk me through the menu since I’ve only been there once before. He gave really thoughtful recommendations and explained everything in a way that made it easy to choose something I’d actually enjoy. The drink I ended up getting was incredible and easily one of the best I’ve had. You can tell he really knows what he’s talking about and cares about making sure customers leave happy. On top of that, he was friendly, professional, and just had a great attitude the entire time. I also left with a few solid recommendations for what to try next time, which I really appreciated. Overall, this was a 5 star experience for me, and I’ll definitely be coming back again soon.
