This was my first time ever trying 7 brew coffee, the young lady that waited on me was so sweet and extremely helpful and nice I had a great experience and for that I would definitely go again. Coffee was great as well.

Me and my friend drove through the drive thru not having been here before, but we were in luck that we got greeted and serviced by Adrianna. She helped us find the best drinks they offered. Great service, will definitely come back here again!

Tammy and the crew at the Collegeville 7Brew location are amazing! They are always friendly and fun! The last time my daughter and I visited, Tammy suggested a drink for me that was absolutely delicious, as well as adding cold foam and chocolate drizzle to my daughter’s coffee! Fantastic every time!

This place is a well-oil machine. If you're unaware, it's entirely drive thru, similar to the new Chic-fil-A drive-thru system. The staff kindly takes your order, then you wait and it is taken out to you. It's nice, but it's a different experience than a typical café or walk around area. Coffees can be made just about however you want, though I would note that they are much more dessert based and need to be customized away from a dessert rather than toward a dessert (if that makes sense).

Unacceptable customer experience at your Seven Brew location on Collegeville Road in Collegeville, Pennsylvania. I recognize the difference between an employee making a mistake and a leadership team failing to lead. What occurred at this location reflected the latter. After pulling into the drive-thru, I waited approximately six minutes while a male employee engaged in an extended conversation with a customer whose order had already been completed. During that time, he looked directly at my vehicle on multiple occasions but made no effort to acknowledge me or move the line forward. While I appreciate that Seven Brew encourages employees to build relationships with customers, customer engagement should never come at the expense of operational awareness and respect for those waiting to be served. When I raised my concern, the employee defended his actions rather than acknowledging the unnecessary delay. The situation escalated when a woman who assumed the role of manager refused to provide her name, dismissed my concerns without attempting to understand them, and openly condoned the employee’s conduct. Most troubling was her statement: “If you don’t like how we do things, you can go to Dunkin’ Donuts.” This interaction reflected significant deficiencies in leadership, employee training, customer service, conflict resolution, professionalism, and accountability. Rather than viewing the situation as an opportunity to recover a dissatisfied customer, both employees chose defensiveness over service. This was my third visit to this location, and it will be my last. While disappointing, what concerns me more is that this experience reflects a culture that appears to tolerate poor leadership and dismissive treatment of customers. Organizations are judged not by the mistakes they make, but by how they respond when those mistakes are brought to their attention. I hope Seven Brew’s leadership views this complaint as an opportunity to reinforce the professionalism, accountability, and respect your customers deserve.
