Only I pulled in the drive thru at 9:17, was told to hold a minute, waited 4, then got to the 2nd window to wait another 6 minutes before being told to pull forward to wait. So at 9:41 I finally went into the store to wait for someone to come to the counter to help me at 9:47. Then she frantically went to look for my order that was sitting on the shelf, not even in the warmer, waiting for the chicken strips. So I ended up with hot chicken strips, and the rest was cold. Not to mention the daily double looked like a hot mess.

I’m not sorry but he needs to be removed immediately off the premises for treating people very seriously poorly. And to be fired affected immediately.If you’re that miserable you should not have a job in the fast food industry dealing with customers if can’t get along with others. I know because I was in the industry for 7.2/4 years I never complained or got smart with the public with my customers. I’m at the 1820 Lincoln Hwy Coatesville, PA 19320 United States. I’m getting an 30 minutes warning and I didn’t nothing to earn that. I feel like I’m being unfairly targeted. These employees seriously all have an attitude problem. It’s sad that people are that miserable one or two are ok with there demeanor but the rest I would have seriously a stern talk with the employees.
