  I went into the store few nights ago at 10:15 PM. I ordered a free taco because I have a coupon because I waited a long time. I told them what I wanted. I wanted it plain they gave me a taco with everything I say excuse me before I never even take it off the counter. This is supposed to be playing. The kid behind the counter gets an attitude goes back in his manager and she says I’m not remaking that I don’t know what to tell you. I said well I’d like to speak to the female manager, she refuse to come out and speak to me I filed a formal complaint with Taco Bell and I’m gonna keep leaving them the reviews they deserve, some of the employees are not bad, but it’s just the point that the manager was Incompetent to come out and make one taco right

  I order online everytime so I can get my food when I get there and leave but ill order my food and take the 15 mins drive and have to wait 10 mins while they make 3 tacos

  stood there for nearly 25 minutes, and my order was two things, had to believe you pay almost 4.00 for only two supper small cinnamon balls

  Drive thru was no moving, we sat in. Line for 10 minutes and it ne er moved. We decided to dine elsewhere
