So there’s cheesy, and then there’s cheesy. But how can you get to the good kind of cheesy? Like cheesy cheesy. Simple, take the Cheesy Bean and Rice Burrito for example. With a perfect combination of warm Nacho Cheese Sauce, refried beans and premium Latin rice all wrapped in a soft flour tortilla, it’s the kind of cheesy you definitely want.
If you’re one of those kids who has a thing for hot potatoes, why don’t you just try the Spicy Potato Soft Taco instead. It’s got warm and seasoned potato bites, melted real cheddar cheese, crisp lettuce, and chipotle sauce for a little extra kick.
Crispy chips, nacho cheese sauce, refried beans, and red sauce; you know that whomever you’re with is going to want “just one.” Before you know it, there’s one chip left: the chip at the bottom of the pile, with only a corner covered in cheese and a tiny pinto bean. So get a second Triple Layer Nachos for you and your friends.
We could all learn a little something from Spicy Tostada. Most meals try to keep everything hidden behind a thin layer of tortilla or corn shell. Spicy Tostada, on the other hand, has no insecurity about sharing its true inner self. It doesn’t care if you see its refried beans, real cheddar cheese, and lettuce. It doesn’t mind if you think its red sauce is maybe too red, or not red enough. Or if its chipotle sauce may be a little hard to pronounce.

A warm soft flatbread layered with a three-cheese blend and warm nacho cheese sauce wrapped around a crunchy taco shell filled with seasoned beef, shredded cheese, shredded lettuce and spicy ranch sauce.
A soft flour tortilla filled with grilled, marinated all-white-meat chicken, a melty blend of three cheeses and creamy jalapeno sauce grilled to perfection.
Your choice of marinated and grilled chicken or steak served with guacamole, pico de gallo, black beans, crisp lettuce, seasoned rice and reduced-fat sour cream all packed into a seriously powerful bowl.

Some people may say that it’s a taco. Some might say it’s more like a quesadilla. Some, a Gordita. It may have the best of each of those delicious things, but the truth is, it’s not like any of them. The Doritos® Cheesy Gordita Crunch is completely unique and special, just like you.
Instead of a tough corn shell, the Soft Taco Supreme® has a warm, flour tortilla. It’s so soft, it exclusively listens to Toronto hip-hop. Dreamy. Soft. Delicious.
A warm flour tortilla filled with tender shredded chicken, Latin rice, avocado ranch dressing, and real cheddar cheese? In terms of wrapped meals, the Shredded Chicken Burrito is perfect.

What can I say? It was Taco Bell food and the quality will vary between dates and locations. But at this location I get the feeling they don't know what they're doing. Maybe they're a KFC with TB as an afterthought.
For starters, app ordering was disabled so I ordered at the counter. A chalupa, sub beans, fresco style. The employee said they "don't have" fresco style and listed the protein options, implying that they don't know what it even meant. I was a little pressed for time so I said "ok, no cheese and no sour cream." Also ordered a bean burrito, no cheese.
Sometime during ordering I tried to explain that there should be a button for fresco style, and described what it means. I think this went unheard because it was met with no response.
The receipt showed "no beef" and "add beans +$0.30". So I feared it would be a nothing burrito with the amount of beans you get if you add them as a topping.
The bean burrito; it was fine. Extremely runny beans, though. Opened the chalupa and found exactly what I had feared. I paid more for a burrito with less substance. The shell also seemed off. Stale, maybe? At least it was all edible. Photo attached: where's the bean?
Lastly, I was asked twice if I wanted sauce. Both times I said "hot." My bag had a bunch of Mild sauce in it. A minor grievance but it followed the trend of feeling like I wasn't being heard.

This place sucks. I’ve been stopping here now and then for a few years. Their GM must have left or something, because lately they are terrible. Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru tonight and got a chicken sandwich with nothing on it but chicken, and two cheesy Gordita crunches in soft tacos, no flatbreads. Last time I got a sandwich it tasted like it had been on the counter or under a heat lamp for an hour. I guess it’s what I get for eating shitty fast food but Jesus Christ.

Terrible customer service and consistently disappointing. I’ve been to thid locations within the past month twice and either time they had the cheese sauce needed for the burrito or the nacho fries. At this point, why continue selling and advertising items when you constantly don’t have the ingredients to make them?
What really made the experience worse was the manager’s attitude. When I simply expressed my disappointment about them being out of the cheese sauce again, the manager got smart with me and told me to “go somewhere else.” That is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Came to the drive thru at about 3:45pm on July 5. Terrible experience. Had to wait 25 minutes for two things…line barely moved at all. Didnt even get asked for our order until about 15 minutes into the wait. Two separate workers came up to the window and asked us what we ordered because they had no clue where they were in the line which is weird because it wasn’t that busy. Had no idea what they were doing. When we finally got our food, they gave us the wrong stuff. Sent it back and got what we ordered finally… it was lukewarm. The rice in the burrito was overcooked and there was barely any cheese in it. Couldn’t leave after 20 minutes of waiting because we were boxed in. This place needs to be shut down.
