- MMMax McNamaraAug 30, 20262.0Not great for accessibility, closing one of the two entrances after a certain time is pretty standard for acme stores, however on the date of my visit, which was at 7pm with a store closing time of 11pm, the entrance that had been closed was the side that handicap parking is, which is also the side that the mobility carts are kept. I'm a ambulatory wheelchair user, once I made it to the open entrance I had walked too far and had to sit on the floor while the person I was with went to get a cart for me. He found that all the mobility carts were locked in the other entrance. He tried to get assistance at customer service to get a cart. The customer service desk had a sign that read "sorry we're closed" After some struggle he managed to flag down a employee who unlocked the door and drove a cart out. At this point I was very embarrassed from the attention and already exsaughted I'm very lucky I had someone with me who was able to get help, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to make it into the store at all

- DGDamon GrimesJul 20, 20261.0No you people are lying this Acme went to shit / it’s dirty outside of it / used to be clean / employees uniforms are unkempt in the meat department & that’s unsanitary so no I wouldn’t eat from the deli / let me tell you I’ve been coming here for 20 years & maybe it’s because who’s shopping here now they feel like they can fall off on quality & service / but this Acme is TERRIBLE & I’m going to one a little further out that is CLEANER & better customer experience
