Literally every single time we stop thier they mess our orders up or the quality of food is garbage well today they messed up the hash browns like how. They were soggy and fell apart
Go literally anywhere else to eat. No one would take our order, had to use kiosk. Several people from the drive thru came in to get their orders fixed, one of them told us “good luck”. The food looks like it sat for days. It took 15 mins for us to get our order. Employees screaming at each other. There were also non employees behind the counter talking.

Avoid the drive-thru if you actually want what you paid for. I am a parent with five kids, and I use the drive-thru for safety and convenience. Unfortunately, this location has made it a habit to short the fries every single time I go, the cartons are barely half-full (even when they make me pull forward into a parking spot to wait for "fresh" ones!).
It is incredibly frustrating to be stuck in a parking spot with a car full of children, realizing you've been shorted, and knowing you can’t leave the kids unattended to go inside and get the rest of the order. To top it off, today’s burger was covered in a ridiculous amount of pickles (practically a whole jar), and they handed me a receipt that was completely blank on both sides, so I couldn't even use the official survey.
If you’re a parent looking for a quick, accurate meal, go somewhere else. They’ll make you wait in the parking lot just to give you half an order.

Kiosk order. Food was fine, came out quickly. They called my number, left the bag on the counter (next to some employee's bottled beverage), and walked away. But my drinks were missing, and I was unaware that I was supposed to help myself to the fountain cups a few feet away. There was no one at the counter, so no one I could ask. I waited a few minutes, in plain view of several employees, before the manager (who was seated in a chair in the middle of the kitchen) asked if someone was "going to get counter."
It would be really helpful is the SOP was for employees to put out the drink cups with the food.
Also, please refill the kiosk printer paper, refill the empty ketchup bin at the counter, and relegate employee beverages to the break area.
