Truly horrible service. Slow food, not fast food. Went in and ordered at dinner hour while traveling and it literally took 30 minutes to get a burger. Service team completely ignored dine-in customers for so long that waiting customers (not me) went behind the counter on their own to get some items they'd paid for - and they were not even noticed by the service team. Will never dine at this restaurant again.

The oatmeal was barely filled the cupl, and the scrambled eggs were chopped up into a thousand little pieces, so it was hard to eat. Very busy
I wish I could give this place at least one star but I can’t. It is so bad. I waited an hours to get my food just for it to be horrible. Don’t even waste your time coming here. They didn’t do anything right the fries were soggy. The burger was soggy. Chicken nugget We’re so hard, not even a bodybuilder couldn’t break it at this point, the chicken nuggets are bricks. Everything was wrong about this place the was too full. It was too small. It was humid and it smelled terrible. I really wish I could give them NEGATIVE stars, but I can’t so I’m gonna have to give them one my kids generally eat everything but They don’t eat straight slop. It Was so bad we would rather be at Arby’s DONT COME HERE

We waited a long time for our order, only to discover they had pulled one part of it,mislabeled it, and set it out. We waited 20 minutes for anyone to come to the front to ask about the order. When they found the mistake, they pulled the other items from the back and served the cold burger. Additionally, all of the Chicken nuggets were burnt.
If you're looking for speed, good customer service, accurate orders, and good food, this isn't the one for you.

Horrible customer service, mobile app and location hours indicate it’s 24 hours, I ordered mobile pickup at the counter, waited for more than 10 minutes and even heard one of the crew members say “someone is at the counter” but they continued to ignore me. I yelled “Excuse me, how much longer do I have to wait?” And someone came out and complained that I ordered when they were closed and they were “too busy preparing for breakfast and cleaning.” That makes no sense, they acknowledged that I had been waiting at the counter for a while and they couldn’t let me know that they can’t fulfill my order and cancel my order? The lady with her hair in buns working at 3:52am on 6/24/26 gave me a full on attitude and when I asked why she ignored me even though she knew I was here, she said she is not supposed to but can make my order. She threw my orders onto the counter afterwards. She didn’t even fill up my coffee all the way to the top. No wonder this McDonald’s has a horrible rating and the owner should be looking into the qualification of his late night crewmembers because that was so unprofessional. What’s the point of keeping the store hours as 24 hours if they are “closed and not taking any orders” for certain periods of the day? I’ve already also submitted my feedback on the McDonald’s Customer Feedback page about this location’s professionalism.
