  Went through the drive thru on my way to work. Ordered a steak, egg, and cheese bagel without breakfast sauce. Got the meal which includes a hash brown and drink. I ordered a coffee with both milk and sugar. Needless to say, my bagel was stale, the steak was dry, it had raw onions(not grilled), and absolutely no egg. My hash brown tasted like it was double dipped in the fryer, very greasy. They gave me my coffee black and I had to ask for milk and sugar. (First and last time for their coffee.) I'm sad to say, but for the past few years McDonald's here has gone down hill. The wait time is also ridiculous. I only eat at a McDonald's about 3 times a year now and every time it's still the same disappointment 😞.

  HORRIBLE. I wish I didn’t even have to leave 1 star because it’s not deserved. Mobile ordered. Ask for no lettuce on my Big Mac. Came home and they listened to no lettuce but I didn’t have a burger patty AT ALL. Called the manager and she couldn’t refund me, said for me to come back through drive thru. What a joke. 10/10 will NEVER go to this McDonald’s again.

  Always end up in line for a half hour or more and never get the correct order. They don’t accept $50 bills which seems ridiculous in my opinion, especially since you can’t get an order for a family without spending at least that. The drive thru workers are always rude. They also never have the limited items that are posted on the menu.

  The absolute worst McDonald's I have ever been to. They are always super slow having to wait every single time I go even though I order ahead on the app. I just don't understand why it takes 20 min for a large mocha frappe. Then when I do get it it is only a medium in a lg cup filled the rest with whipped cream so maybe I wouldn't notice. SMH. On top of the slow service the staff (manager included) is unbelievably rude. They recently messed up an order and it took me a trip home and 2 extra times through the drive through to get it right. When I thought the manager would be apologetic he was the exact opposite. Instead this man had the audacity to ask me for my receipt like I was lying to him about what I got SMH. The nerve of this man let me tell ya. He not only didn't apologize not once but he actually told me to get out of his drive thru. Mind you I spent almost $63 on 4 meals but was so angry by the end of it all I didn't even eat my meal.
