  Stopped in at this location on the drive back home to the Chicago area. We were on a 1-week visit during America's 250th to see my dad's sibs who live in Coaldale and Tamaqua. Anyways we were making a lunch stop knowing ahead of time there were multiple fast food venues in the vicinity. The wife & kids all wanted BK so naturally I had to be the outcast and go with one of my very favorite fast food houses which is Arby's. Upon walking in, noticed right away that the dining room was clean and absolutely no crumbs/salt specs all over tables & seats and no straw wrappers & napkins on the floor. Placed my order and came out right away hot & fresh. Lady at the counter was very welcoming & friendly. That's one thing I have room for at least once a month and that is a Half-lb Roast Beef sandwich drenched in Arby's sauce. A side of fries and wash it down with a Coke, MMM MMM MMMM LOVE IT!!! Arby's roast beef is my favorite food among any fast food and has been for several years now. Occasionally I'll have the Beef & Cheddar which can be quite messy or the French Dip and I do miss the Pizza Slider. I noticed before I left that there wasn't a bell to ring, would've rang it for great customer service. Like I said, we were passing thru on a road trip so who knows when we'll be back in the area. I certainly do hope for continued boomin' business for many more years to come for the franchise owner(s).

  They got the order wrong. We got chicken sandwiches instead of chicken sliders. We got one order of curly fries instead of two. When I went to ask for my other curly fries it said they would be out a minute. I waited for 15. When I went back, the lady there had no idea what I was talking about. The dreads the basket instead of the freshly cooked ones like they had said before. And everybody else was done eating. When I asked about the missing fries they looked at me like I was being inconsiderate. I'm glad I don't live near here because I like Arby's but I would never go there again

  Our order was delivered hot and fast. The food was very good and I cannot say enough good things about the people waiting on you

  It's an arbys but it was a welcome relief from the downpours on the freeway. It was a very convenient location. We were actually Hungry for arbys so it was great. Love their orange dream shakes and always loved the roast beef sandwiches.

  The atmosphere is was great soothing music playing softly during a meal. Service was fast and spot on. Will be stopping again.
