    It was a terrible experience at this Arby’s. I was really disappointed for my first time. They tended to the drive thru and the online orders. Which is fine. But shame on us waiting 10 to be even acknowledged by the staff. Not an “I’m sorry I’ll be right with you.” We had to ask if they would tend to us. The guy gave us and attitude and continued to prepare the online orders. We walked out without ordering as well as the customer behind us.
