  Ordered a hoagie online with wheat bread, received it with white bread, called and they said they would have to ask and get back to me about a refund, then he just hund up on me without getting any of my information!

  Dude behind the counter putting his fingers in his mouth not washing his hands and then rings me up. Not hot foot, meatballs, steak, something else I didn't bother to listen. Bought combo meals, all sodas were out except diet Pepsi or the system is going down. Vapes just sitting on food equipment. This place is better off shut down.

  Absolutely disgusting place! Employees do not wash hands in between use,they are rude and can not make a simple sandwich

  I ordered online at 5:15 and it told me to arrive at 5:30, which I did. Upon arrival, the worker told me he hadn't gotten to the order yet. I stood there for 20 minutes while he made 3 people's sandwiches who walked in after I did. When he moved on to make the 4th, I had to say something and he fought me about it until the kind customer in line told him it was only right to make my order. When he finally made the sandwich, it was missing the avocado, which costs $2 extra. Deeply disappointed at the lack of common sense here.
