  I am uncertain who is currently managing this Dunkin’ Donuts, but immediate changes are necessary. I recently visited to purchase a beverage that I have been ordering regularly for the past week or so. Typically, my order has been prepared consistently, but this was not the case on my latest visit. Although it was 6:15 PM, I expected my drink to be made correctly. The staff appeared to be quite young, and I inquired about their operating hours. They responded that they open sometime between 5:30 and 6:00 AM. This inconsistency is perplexing, as I believed such establishments adhere to fixed opening times daily. I am unsure whether the store opens at 5:30, 5:40, 5:50, or 6:00 AM, and I am concerned that the opening hours may vary each day. My intention is to visit before work to purchase my coffee; however, the website states the opening time is 5:00 AM, which adds to my confusion. It is disappointing because this location is very convenient for me, residing nearby. Given the circumstances, I may have to consider going elsewhere for my coffee. Additionally, I once arrived at this Dunkin’ Donuts at 5:20 AM, only to find it closed. Unfortunately, the quality of service and management at this location has declined rapidly. I hope that new management can improve operations by providing better service, employing more competent staff, and maintaining consistent opening hours. This situation is quite disappointing.

  Good evening Google Family. I have patronized this location many times in the past. I used to live in the area. This location used to be one of my favorites. Jugal was the nice young Dunkin associate who assisted me today. Jugal had such a pleasant smile and was so engaging and interpersonal. I enjoyed our exchanges. She was so friendly, nice and professional. I just completed my donation of plasma experience at CSL Plasma and I decided to come here to treat myself to a hot decaf coffee, medium, with butter pecan. It was so delicious and I decided to order a cinnamon raisin bagel, lightly toasted, since I was so hungry after my plasma donation experience. I sat down and waited for my order. The bagel was quick, but the coffee took a minute, since I wanted decaf, most people order regular and they make a fresh pot of decaf, so its worth waiting for. I was so happy that I remembered to ask for my senior discount. Most days I forget but I did not forget today. Every little discount helps. There is plenty of parking here in the parking lot plus there are several available handicapped spaces. I had a terrific experience here today. Have a good night, workout, be active and mobile, fit and fabulous especially for people over the age of 50 years.

  Very disappointing. It’s May 6th, my understanding is all Dunkin’ locations are giving free coffee to all healthcare workers. This location said they were not advised to do so. I’ve been to this location many times and will drive farther to avoid it because they never get the order correct. I’ve received someone else’s coffee on numerous occasions. This just topped it for me.
