- JIJacob IrvinAug 23, 20261.0I went to order online today for pick up and the website wouldn’t process my payment. So I said whatever I’ll just go in to the store and order there. However when I went in to the store and started my order they said that they were out of steak and that it would be a few minutes until it was ready. I decided to wait and I sat there for 15 minutes until I went up to the counter again to ask how much longer the wait would be. They then told me that the steak wasn’t even on the grill yet and that it would be awhile before it was ready. So I sat there and waited for nothing because rather than tell from the start that there was no steak, the employees lied to me just to get me out of the way.

The trash is overflowing (and who made the holes for the trash tiny squares that not a single thing fits through??) Customer service is hit or miss, and 90% of the employees look like they hate everything. Which, understandable, but it's not great when it reflects on the customers. I still think the worst part is how dirty it is. Either hire more staff or get it together, it's getting old
