Last week I got lunch here for my husband and I, both subs we ordered were both made incorrectly. The only thing she offered to do when I called in was for me to come back and have them remade. I was already home, I wasn’t going back in. Tonight I ordered one large cheese pizza, online says $11.50, so I called in and ordered it for pickup. My daughter went in and got it and it was $14 and some odd change. Now I know this isn’t a huge difference, but it’s the principle of the matter. I called in and she said they changed their prices, but it wasn’t updated online yet. I would have just ordered online and paid for it online but I didn’t know there was a price difference. I was like maybe you should honor the online prices until they are updated….She said she will mention it to the owner. Oh and you have to mention that you want the pizza specials or they will just automatically charge you normal price- not the “deal” price, he said I’m sorry you have to tell us you want the special price. Why wouldn’t everyone want the special price? Anyway, their food is usually very good…when they make it correctly!
