  I went to this Arby's location the other day and was absolutely enthralled with the way it was ran. I did have a mishap on my sandwich but general manager Pamela Flynn was there to make sure everything was okay. I got jalapenos and she told me not to bite and drive. I'm so thankful to go to that Arby's and have Pamela Flynn as a general manager. Arby's would be a lot better off if they had more general managers like Pamela Flynn.

  Food was awful, meat was mushy, everything was cold. Even the jamoca shake tasted like vanilla. Last time here

  I think you all need to learn how to make food, my potato cakes were greasier than all get out, and my sandwich was so messy it’s like it was thrown together. Also on account of not having milkshakes. Yall really went down hill. DO BETTER

  I went through the drive through and the service was quick and the employees were friendly and they asked if i needed any sauces or salt and pepper which i thought was great because i always forget to ask for those things. So for me it was a good experience :)
