  First of its kind in the general area, likely many to follow! Place was packed on a Saturday but moved through very quickly. Prices are very good considering their chain competitors. Great alternative to the typical spots

  Drink was wonderful, but the young girl who had served on us was not helpful. My mother tried to ask her questions regarding the protein that can be added to any drink, and the young girl who was helping us completely ignored her. Both of us tried to ask her questions (as I have been there only once, and mother none) and she was completely unresponsive and ignored both of our questions. Very frustrating.

  From the person who took my order to the cashier who took my money everyone was friendly and extremely helpful. She made sure my drinks were secure in a cup carrier so they wouldn't spill.

  I won’t go there again. I received poor service. The employee took my coffee to the car in front of me, but when that driver returned it, she set the same cup on the counter. After spending about 15 minutes chatting with the people in that car, she handed me the coffee. By then, it was cold.

  Only my second time at 7 Brew and it did not go good. Was at 7 Brew tonight September 12th at 8pm. Lines were way down at that time. I was in the outside line. My server comes up to my vehicle and starts to take our order. She notices a silver car pull in off of Route 30 into the big parking lot and watches it come into the outside line. Loses all track of our order and we have to tell her again. I tell her Im paying cash and she says I see you up at the register. We get to the register she comes up and I pay. She then proceeds to take the car behind us order, then to the silver car. After she takes the silver cars order she stands there and talks to them for 8 mins. Meanwhile 3 mins into her talking to the people in the silver car I here the kitchen say our order was ready. Finally she gives both people in the car fist bumps. Then comes back to us and says I'll get your order, she then proceeds to bring us the wrong order. Then she finally gets our order right. Horrible customer service. Very disappointed.
