  I usually love this location. The kids on the weekend are great and are very friendly. I was in today and went through the drive through and the worker on drinks looked extremely sick and was sniffling the whole time the window was open. She made my drink which just made me very uncomfortable. Please don’t come in if your sick!

  What a nightmare. For the second time, there was almost no cheese on the sandwich and the egg was cold and overcooked. Then there were two slices of a pink meat that I did not order and hope I was not charged because there was no receipt with my order. Then the iced coffee was horrible; I asked for extra cream and it was very dark. They put the splenda in the bag rather than in the coffee. I waited for about 15 minutes at the window waiting for the food while everyone inside was talking and laughing ignoring the window.

  I ordered ahead for Father’s Day and went to pick up my order. They handed me my box and told me to get the cream cheese out of the fridge. Once I got back to my car thankfully I noticed a note on the receipt saying “missing 3 egg bagels”. I went back in and had to choose replacements which was annoying because I ordered ahead so that I would have what everyone wanted for Father’s Day. Also they were not even going to tell me that any bagels were missing, I’m just thankful I thought to read the receipt while I was still in the car and hadn’t actually left yet. The bagels were very good but service needs improvement.

  I love visiting this location ! Emma serves me often and is so lovely ! Always genuinely nice and cares about how I'm doing . She is the reason I keep coming back ! My favorite items are their Asiago bagels with their jalapeno salsa spread SO GOOD , their mango and peach smoothies YUM and their doggie bagels !

  Manhattan Bagel has a roomy lounge area with bathrooms. There’s also a drive up which I’ve never used. I usually gat a single bagel and coffee. I make my own coffee at the coffee bar. Nothing fancy. I relax in the lounge area in a club chair and look out the window. I’ve never had a problem. Maybe cuz I keep it simple. Namaste.
