I asked the store manager, Keenen, for two empty cups with lids so I could split our milkshakes between my kids. He refused, explaining that the cups were “too expensive.” I wasn’t asking for extra food—just two empty cups to make it easier for my children to share. After spending nearly $100, that response was disappointing and felt unnecessarily unfriendly. Customer service is about taking care of people, especially families. Most restaurants are happy to accommodate simple requests like this without hesitation. It’s a small gesture that leaves a lasting impression. Five Guys, you can do better

Food has been exactly as I wanted and expected. I did order fries one time that came in a bag? rather than the usual five guys cup, but maybe it was just a one off experience. Overall good place to get a greasy and amazing burger or cheat meal.

I did not find out until I arrived home both times. The store is almost always in a state of disarray with dirty tables and trash on the floor. $21 for a burger with 4 ingredients made incorrectly and fries. While the burgers and fries are delicious, it might be time to resort to Red Robin. The food isn't as good but at least it is made correct. UPDATE: I reached out after the first order was incorrect. No email, no call in response. I was refunded $1.27 for the bacon. The responses from the owner, or corporate, are public facing attempts to look like they care without actually correcting the issues.
