- CKChad KinslowMay 22, 20261.0Five guys makes great burgers. Unfortunately, this location cannot make your order correctly. Two orders in a row, bacon cheeseburger, made without bacon. I did not find out until I arrived home both times. The store is almost always in a state of disarray with dirty tables and trash on the floor. $21 for a burger with 4 ingredients made incorrectly and fries. While the burgers and fries are delicious, it might be time to resort to Red Robin. The food isn't as good but at least it is made correct. UPDATE: I reached out after the first order was incorrect. No email, no call in response. I was refunded $1.27 for the bacon. The responses from the owner, or corporate, are public facing attempts to look like they care without actually correcting the issues.

I still think it’s a bit overpriced, but the quality was great, and they gave me a ton of extra fries. It looked like they filled the medium cup and then tossed another handful into the bag, which definitely helps justify the price. The gentleman at the front counter was excellent. Even with a lot of people in line, he moved quickly, listened well, and kept things running smoothly. The whole team worked really well together, and our order came out in a reasonable amount of time. Overall, a great experience.

The meat's so fresh, top quality and each patty is handmade to order. My favorite "go to" are the homemade fries, with the "good" malt vinegar 🍟It's those milkshakes, tho....mine's always the Reese's Pieces...well, I can't say in a public forum what they're better than, lol 🤣. The staff in the Promenade location rock! Always happy, always smiling. Thank you for ur dedication to ur jobs. And u have my favorite soft drink: Diet Dr. Pepper in Cherry Vanilla, do u know how difficult it is to buy that? Used to be readily available, not anymore, sadly. Stay happy, guys! 😁😁✌️
