We all know what Arby's is. You get a craving for it and then wonder why you did it. Roast beef sandwiches seem to have shrinking meat. Certainly fine for once or twice a year.

Waited 20 minutes to try to place an order. It never happened so we left.

The worker was very nice and polite. The food, however, was pretty bad. We love Arby's and we're disappointed that there was very little meat on the regular roast beef. Neither the meat nor the bun were even warm. The bun was even stale. Not what we expect from Arby's!

I would give this place zero stars if I could because of the unprofessionalism of the night manager. I made a mobile order at around 7:45 and it was supposed to be ready for pick up at 7:51, I got into the drive-through and let them know that I had a mobile order. The guy on the speaker did not ask me who it was for he just said to pull around. Once I got to the window, I was like yeah I’ve got a mobile order and he did not ask me for the name again. I provided my name, he pulled me up past the window and was like I’ll bring it out to you we’re waiting on something unintelligible. Turns out he brings me the wrong person‘s order, and I mentioned oh I had a drink and he’s like oh what was the drink and I was like a large root beer. Well, it turned out it was an extra large root beer my bad, but I got about 10 minutes away from the restaurant before I realized that it was not the right order. I had almost $15 order and what I received was a slider and some sort of side I didn’t pay that much attention to what it was once I realized it was not my order. I drove back to the restaurant and was like yo what’s up with this, you gave me the wrong order, like the complete wrong order not just like oh I’m missing an item. No, this is somebody else’s order. I walk in and my order is is still sitting on the mobile rack getting cold because you know it’s already been like 45 minutes between me getting somebody else else’s order realizing it and then driving back in angry about it. So I asked who was the manager and he kind of blew me off after he was like yeah I am and I’m like so. How is this appropriate to give somebody a completely wrong order I was a GM for 10 years myself I would not have done anything like that and I definitely wouldn’t have treated it the way he handled things either. I got my order fresh, but I’m still unhappy about having to waste more of my time to go back to fix their mistake, which was obviously a very large mistake and he would not acknowledge anything other than saying oh, I’m sorry about it. That is the last time I will be visiting that location and I hope that the owner at some point will be able to see this comment because that behavior is absolutely insane from your night crew and it is losing your money at that point in both food cost, and customers not coming back.
