  We walked up to the menu on the building to decide what to get before getting into a drive thru lane. Though they were terribly understaffed due to call offs, the staff expressed no impatience or frustration. We were optimistic about the coffee because the lines were long and the drivers we saw didn't seem upset. After the wait we were not disappointed. I had a mocha with green apple flavoring. It was better than I thought it could be! We've been in the area twice since then and we went back each time.

  Wait an hour in a non moving line. Ordered through app since it said it was Avaliable. Parked and walked up to stand where they said they aren’t doing that. We drove over an hour. Management said they cut off walkoffs but the app is still available for them. Would have to get back clear in line for our drinks. Not fair and not professional. No cones put up for traffic, and people kept cutting the line.

  I arrived in the parking lot and was received in a girthy line of cars. I don’t think they appreciated I was pedaling a tricycle. The parking lot tasted like walnuts. It’s convenient there was also a walnut tree nearby. I provided my order and immediately needed to evacuate my bowels, but there was no public restroom, so I continued to turtle it while waiting. I received my drink and yodeled with joy. I ordered a sugar free pumpkin blonde latte. It tasted very sweet, so I have to take their word that it was sugar free. Additionally, when I regurgitated my drink for a second taste, there was absolutely no pumpkin taste in the beverage. It is spooky season, and I was so disappointed that my car crashed itself into a very large cucumber. Ultimately, 4/5 stars because they forgot the pumpkin.

  I’m not one to leave reviews but I had to after my 1st time here. The workers were amazing! So friendly and welcoming. At Starbucks I’ve had my fair share of grumpy miserable workers. It was a pleasure to stop here and litterly brought joy to my day. The ladies smiled, interacted and acknowledged me when I spoke not just stared of into the distance like at Starbucks! I will absolutely be coming here more often after my experience.

  I almost always get great customer service at this location but tonight a girl named Kendall went above and beyond to provide quality customer service rock on Kendall it’s you and all the other smiling faces that make it worth my drive to visit
