  I placed my order through their online ordering, which was a very unpleasant experience, it freezes and you have to redo order. Took me 5 tries. I waited about 15 minutes to go get it and when I arrived, the order was not started. When I walked in I noticed their floors and tables were dirty, water damaged ceiling tiles behind counter, and a joint roach laying on the bench. They asked me when I arrived if I wanted veggies. The order I placed was for a veggie stromboli, remove olives and tomato, add pep and Italian. They stated that they just ran out of mushrooms and advised me that it would be 6 more minutes, while they started it. I advised them of how difficult it was to order from their online menu and they seemed to be aware since they stated that people order onions and it doesn't specify if they are raw, only cooked. I waited about 15 minutes and got my food. When I arrived home and opened the box, it looked very undercooked. They only have the option for well done and lightly cooked, I selected both, thinking that would equal normal boli cooking time, but it did not. I've worked in pizza places before, there is generally a set cooking time, unless noted by the customer, but there is no option for standard cooking. You either get it burnt or barely cooked. The filling did not reach the ends. It had a weird aftertaste, the veggies weren't cooked the entire way and it smelled like dough yeast. Overall I did not enjoy the stromboli and will not get food from this place again.

  Food is decent I have to admit but the service was crazy, rudeness was present and homeless begging for money in parking lot.

  I come here at least twice a week. I order no solid or vegetables on the side. One of their lazy employees decided instead of putting solid in tomatoes. We're gonna give her extra onions and tomatoes and I was furious, and I called them about it. And said, how they messed up my order and tried to be cheap and not add extra lamb over rice. They told me that I could come in. They wrote my name down my phone number and said that I could come next time. And get whatever I want. I tried to go the day after in order the same exact thing that I always get? And they argued me down that that never happened, y'all just lost one of your best Customers

  Ordered on GrubHub. GrubHub told me to call them if I wanted to add tomatos to my pizza. I called, offering to have my card charged for whatever difference necessary. They said no sorry and then hung up on me lol
