- HHHMar 29, 20261.0I placed a giant direct order here, got the text that it was ready early and literally said I could go pick it up early so I went to pick it up. I was literally the only person there. Called the number because you cannot check in on the app before your window. No answer. Waited a few minutes and called again. The boy said it would be out in a couple minutes. Literally 20 min later after two people who got there 15 min after me got their order, did I get mine. I understand being short staffed or whatever issues may have been going on. What I don’t understand is knowing someone is there to pickup an order, and making them wait 20 minutes when it’s supposedly ready. You can’t tell me they didn’t push the order through that it was ready early. I told him my spot and he still literally chose to bring the other two cars orders out before me. All in all it took me a half hour to pickup 60 bucks worth of groceries. A tad obnoxious for n my opinion.
