They didn’t have skim milk and the only 2% milk they had at the time was with protein. I was never asked if this was ok to use. Was charged a $1.00 simply because they were out of both 2% milk and skim. Was charged for chocolate swirl, but I didn’t order an extra. When I took my drink and receipt to the counter to ask about the charges the girl behind the counter acted like she couldn’t understand anything is said. Even though she’s who I placed my order with. Another worker came out tried to explain to her the difference in milk and seemed annoyed this wasn’t her first mistake with milk. They never offered to refund the over pricing. Did offer to remake my drink with whole milk as if that was gonna solve anything. I just find it odd that she understood enough to take the order and my money, but switched to a “language barrier” if she “can’t understand English, she shouldn’t be on the counter. CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS FOR EXTRA HIDDEN CHARGES!!! I will not be back to this location am I did call corporate in aid to help them figure out the difference in milks and how customers shouldn’t be charged up charges simply because you ran out of the milk you offer to sale! Go to the damn store and get some or let guests now BEFORE they place their order! Just CROOKS!!
- DBDebby BrouwersJun 9, 20265.0As we have no dunkin donuts in Canada currently but they are arriving in late 2026 and 2027 we wanted to try the coffee and donuts. Very impressed and will look forward to there arrival near us so we dont have to go to Tim Hortons as they are now owned by the Brazilians and have no Canadian roots left. Would prefer to buy American.
