The rice containers were hardened and empty. We got the stuff that was scraped from the bottom of the containers. Food was scattered and smeared all over the counter tops. My husband and I ordered bowls. The chicken had a mushy, rubbery texture with little flavor. Couldn't even eat it because we were uncomfortable with the texture. We will not be returning to the Carlisle Chipotle.
