    What are your actual hours? Says your open until 12am but when I went to get food at 10:30pm the inside seating area was dark and the drive-thru light was off.

    I ordered a meat box. Everything was stale and had been sitting a while. The food was subpar, at best. The guy at the counter was great. Super friendly, and even checked in on us. The place was clean.

    So, we didn’t eat here, but we were pulled over next to the restaurant with a flat tire today (6/30) that turned into more trouble. Anyway, we had our dog with us and employee (I wish I had gotten his name) brought over a bowl, a large water with ice, and some dog biscuits for her, without us asking. We had supplies for her, but what if we didn’t, ya know? It was so incredibly thoughtful of them to do that! They didn’t have to and could’ve ignored the hot dog outside! Thank you guys!

    Just want to make an observation and bring it to the attention of the manager and owner. Our last take out was for six classic roast beef sandwiches. On these sandwiches there was 3 or 4 thick slices of roast beef. All previous orders had the roast beef sliced thin or shaved and piled high. Sliced this way allows the sauce to soak in. We'll be back but I'll be telling the person taking my order to be sure it's sliced thin.

    Very disappointed with our experience at Arby's today. One of the male employees with shoulder-length hair was rude and dismissive toward my older daughter after she politely mentioned that a fry was missing from our order. Instead of handling the situation respectfully, he responded with unnecessary attitude and ignored what she was trying to explain. We had traveled a long distance and chose to stop and eat at this location, even though we had plenty of other options along the way. We understand mistakes with orders happen, but there is never a reason to treat customers disrespectfully. No one should be spoken to in this manner, especially when they are being polite and respectful themselves. This interaction made our visit uncomfortable and honestly makes us not want to return to this location. Kindness, patience, and professionalism truly matter when serving customers.
