  Very disappointed with our experience at Arby's today. One of the male employees with shoulder-length hair was rude and dismissive toward my older daughter after she politely mentioned that a fry was missing from our order. Instead of handling the situation respectfully, he responded with unnecessary attitude and ignored what she was trying to explain. We had traveled a long distance and chose to stop and eat at this location, even though we had plenty of other options along the way. We understand mistakes with orders happen, but there is never a reason to treat customers disrespectfully. No one should be spoken to in this manner, especially when they are being polite and respectful themselves. This interaction made our visit uncomfortable and honestly makes us not want to return to this location. Kindness, patience, and professionalism truly matter when serving customers.

  Service was ok, and food was poor. Was given food that tasted like it sat under the heat lamp to long, and potato cakes were cold and soaked in grease.

  Mr Bob at the register is always so polite and helpful. We look forward to seeing him almost on a weekly basis.
