- DGDan Gushanas4 days ago1.0This place has had problems for a very long time now. Honestly, they just need to pull the plug and call it quits already. From an outsiders perspective, part of the problem seems to be that 95% of their employees are incompetent…I understand this location is in Carbondale, so I’m not exactly expecting the moon and stars when it comes to service, but this place seems to be 10 times worse than other establishments that are in town. It is like a wild west free-for-all in there. It’s like watching a halfway recovery house try to function as a pretend/play business. My personal average wait time for A single coffee is usually anywhere from 15 to 20 minutes. I know I’m not the only one because every time I go in there to order there is about 12 to 15 people in front of me in line. It does not matter if you go inside or go through the drive-through they are both just as bad. Whenever you finally do get your order, nine times out of 10 it is wrong Or made incorrectly. I don’t even want to bother asking them to make it again because I really don’t want to wait Another 20 minutes for a cup of coffee to be remade. I pay almost $7 for a cup of coffee that supposedly has 4 espresso Shots in it, But it taste like water instead. I would’ve been better off popping a k-cup In my Keurig at home for only $0.20. Don’t even waste your time or money going here. you will be disappointed over and over and over again. My last visit here is definitely the straw that broke the camels back And I will not be returning. I was also very badly burned on this last visit due to a lid that was not properly fitting on a cup that clearly should have not been used in the first place due to its rim being bent and misshapen. Not only will I not be returning to this establishment, but I will also be filing suit and serving them with the appropriate legal action.

The only explanation was that they were ‘slammed.’ I never got my complete order. I understand mistakes- the attitude that I got was not helpful. Do better. I have been purchasing donuts for my nieces and nephews for over 14 years here!
