  The prices are crazy. The food is absolutely disgusting. The steak pieces were nothing but cold, chewy fat. It wasn't worth $18.00 for a burrito with 10 chunks of gristly meat, old rice, some cheese, and a nasty, watery lemonade.

  I've had mixed experiences with this new location. First time was week 1 and growing pains expected. 2nd and 3rd time pretty effective everything was ready in time and tasted fine. Last time my order was not ready even 40 minutes after expected time, employees were having loud expletive laced conversations when I was the only one in the store to pick up my order. And was sloppily thrown together everything fell apart when I got home had to put my burrito in a bowl. Floor had chips on it, tables had old drinks, and employees were too busy with their own conversations to deal with my order. Not very good. Sunday afternoons may be a weak point. Face tattoos and vulgar language maybe isn't a way to handle guests to your establishment regardless of how long you've been in town.

  First and last time eating here - went in at 8pm for two burrito bowls, 1 chicken and 1 steak. There was hardly anything in the bins on the line - no cheese, no guac, no rice, barely any meat, and queso so chunky it looked vile. I didn’t mind waiting 10 minutes for the cook to slice up the fresh steak he had just finished making, but had I had known the chicken was going to be so dry and terrible, I would’ve gotten two steak bowls. The lady behind the line making my chicken bowl just kept telling me how she wanted to go home and actually left while I waited for my steak bowl so the person working the register had to make it. I was able to get guac from the to-go order side but they informed me that they weren’t going to make any more guac because they didn’t feel like it. Keep in mind, they close at 10 so there was still 2 hours of service time left and people walking in as I was ordering. $40 for two bowls that were lukewarm at best, incredibly salty and just low quality overall.

  This restaurant is fairly new and it is already filthy. The tables are dirty. There’s garbage laying on the counters. It was an awful view of a brand new restaurant. I ordered a chicken burrito. The staff member started making it and then told my sister who ordered a burrito bowl that we were out of chicken and I said well I ordered a chicken burrito as well and she magically went behind the drive-through line and whipped out some chicken which undoubtedly was not fresh. The bins behind the glass were surprisingly lacking food or the food was so dried up. It looked Non-edible. The food was subpar at best. It looked like they built this chipotle from parts of other ones that they close down and the prices did not match the service for the atmosphere. Can’t bring anything nice to this town I suppose.

  Placed an online order for pick up, got there and it appeared the food wasn’t ready, I could see her preparing at least some parts of it- like the chips, the drink, etc; fine, maybe this make sure everything is hot and fresh when you pick it up. Sadly no. I had to wait for them to finish the order when I got there and yet the food was ice cold. Not luke warm, COLD. This was not right at opening, there was no excuse- it was 4-something pm and no other customers were there, so why I had to wait for an order I placed and showed up late to pick up is beyond me. Once home, we were all very disappointed. Besides being cold, they forgot side items I paid extra for, forgot my son’s drink, and the food was so salty it was inedible. Not, “I am sensitive to salt, I eat healthy this was a treat” salty…. I’m talking ocean water in your mouth salty. Needless to say, my $46 order was thrown away and we will not be returning. I’ve eaten at the Dickson city location, not sure what’s happening at this brand new location, but sorry to say I don’t expect them to be open for very long if this is already how it’s going (I’ve read the other reviews). It’s a shame, having more options up this way was exciting—this was a very disappointing experience, one that I can for sure say I won’t be repeating.
