    Best sandwich shop I've ever went to the employees are really nice and helpful when u don't know what to get I was having trouble with what I want and the young man gave his favorites and other fan favorites to me and the the sandwich was done before I even payed

    Placed my order today at 1:37 for pickup. I waited about 20 minutes before heading to the store. I watched my order receipt get moved aside over and over due to people walking in and asking for theirs. They do not even remotely process orders in the order they are placed at this location. 54 minutes after placing my order, I asked for a refund instead of them making the sandwich. I was told no and offered a free drink instead (I didn’t take the drink). They found my receipt at the bottom of an old discard pile and offered up an excuse that didn’t even remotely cover what really happened. They should have just processed the refund, and apologize with the truth, so didn’t have to write this in hopes of a reply. I definitely won’t go back and I want the refund I asked for. 54 minutes for one sandwich is ridiculous, and although I understand being busy, most people expect you to process the orders as they come in. Update: They went ahead and processed my payment. I did not receive the refund indicated in the below response from jimmy johns.

    Tried to go and just have a quick lunch and while looking at menu was told that if I was going to order, there’d be a 30 minute wait. I asked even for just one sandwich and was told yes. So of course I left. Needless to say I won’t ever go to this store again. Even if you were filling call in orders, at no time should a chain like JJ’s treat walk-in business this way.

    Actual poverty franchise. Allowed to order on the web, get to store “closed early on weekends at 3pm due to staff shortage” this company sucks
