    portion sizes way to small barely any rice or chicken. I asked for queso and a vinaigrette on the side they made both but didn’t pack into my bag so I got home with neither of those. I eat at this chipotle or the one in bridgeville and love it but the McMurray one is always making mistakes and have tiny portions.

    Dining tables are filthy, food scraps and paper bags left there by customers. Waste cans were overflowing. No staff member seemed to care. We stood in line for at least 10 min and no staff attempted to clean this area while we were there. Grandchildren like the food but I'd never eat there

    I always love the food here. I come here often Jaiden is the only reason I’m not high this place 1 star. This regards Saturday April 4 around 6:30pm. I counted 4 people in the back laughing and goofing off, while Jaiden has 10 people in line, making the food and ringing them up. Even the online station worker went to the back and joked around while Jaiden was working his butt off. You don’t need 4 people to make rice, that’s were they were all gathered. I believe I saw two managers. Disappointed that their priorities were conversing with their crew instead of helping the one who was actually helping the staff that was there to work. Jaiden you rock. I hope you get a raise or go somewhere that will treat you better.

    Order two bowls, chips and 2 drinks to be delivered to he office. Driver arrived with only a bag of chips and two drinks. How do you miss preparing and handing off two bowls ?

    The location has consistently gotten online orders wrong and has been out of ingredients. I ordered a kids meal with chicken and they left the chicken compartment completely blank. I know they weren’t out of chicken because other bowls in the order have chicken on it. It is absolutely absurd that you cannot speak to anyone at the restaurant on the phone to put in a complaint and have your issue fixed. They also forgot kids chips as part of the meal. I’d give 0 stars if I could.
