  Easily my favorite butcher shop! Upon arrival you could tell the high level of organization and knowledge in the staff. I was greeted and helped pick out what I needed. The staff were kind patient and explained the differences in the cuts of meat I was floored by the whole variety of what they had, pork, beef, steaks, chicken, jerky, seafood, condiments, literally everything I needed for my 30 person celebration Great job we will definitely be back and really glad I joined the rewards program!!!!

  Stopped in and purchased two different marinated beef tips this evening. Both the Argentine & Bulgogi were excellent. Honestly, some of the best steaks I’ve ever had. The flavor was delicious and they were incredibly tender. Can’t recommend highly enough! Jon

  We tried the steakhouse marinade steak tips and Bulgogi marinade chicken thighs. Both were amazing! They cut like butter with a butter knife and were full of flavor! We can't wait to try something else!
