- RGRonny GomezApr 16, 20262.0I frequent a half dozen paneras for remote work….this isn’t one I would return to. No comfortable seats. They have benches in place of couches/booths. They went for a very open floor plan with fake padding on the penches- aesthetically it looks like it’s padded but functionally it is actually hard plastic. I would not choose this location if you plan on sitting for more than an hour or so to work. Service wise it is the most impersonal. Everything is self serve, the food comes in plastic no matter how you order. The staff isn’t the warmest.

The outdoor speaker at the drive-thru was apparently broken since I was told through the speaker that I couldn't order and had to go to the window to order which made it frustrating just to place an order. It already felt disorganized from the start. Unfortunately, it got worse from there. I ended up going inside and ordered a half gallon of the passion papaya green tea. (Which at almost $8 for the half gallon I expected top notch!) The employee preparing it kept the same gloves on from using the order kiosk and continued to filling the container at the self-serve drink station in front of customers. Then she took the container to the back and wiped it down with a rag that had been sitting on the counter. Seriously!? On top of that, the inside of the kitchen area looked messy and unclean, with trash and debris on the floor. It didn’t give me confidence in the cleanliness or food handling practices at this location. Because of this experience, I wouldn’t order or eat food from this location. Between the broken drive-thru system, the way my order was handled, and the condition of the kitchen, this place really needs better maintenance and hygiene standards. I expected much better.
