I recently tried the Chicken Biryani and Chole Bhature, and both dishes were outstanding. The biryani was fragrant, perfectly seasoned, and cooked with tender, flavorful chicken. The Chole Bhature was equally impressive—the curry was rich and delicious, and the bhature was fresh, soft, and perfectly crispy.
The food tasted authentic, the portions were generous, and everything was served fresh. If you’re looking for flavorful Indian cuisine, I highly recommend this restaurant. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more dishes! —Thank you, Monsoon family
This is an awesome restaurant in the heart of Camp Hill, right by Walmart and Capital City Mall. The new owners just opened about two weeks ago. The food was absolutely delicious it tasted just like a home cooked meal. The owners were friendly and took the time to explain their dishes and the ingredients they use. Their hospitality made the experience even better. If you're looking for fresh, homemade style food and excellent service, I highly recommend giving this restaurant a try.
Excellent food and nice people. However I’m disappointed. They have multiple ways of ordering takeout including Beyond Menu which says they have several coupons which we used. Then when you pick up the food they say they actually don’t accept their own coupons due to new ownership. The new owners need to update that quickly or they will lose business. Like us. Takeout is also consistently slow so plan an extra 10-20 min. Too bad, their food is excellent and a nice improvement over the last ownership.
This is our favorite restaurant in the area and probably where we order from the most. The food is always consistent and very well made. They accommodate spice levels which is really nice. We went in for lunch today and the place was really cozy, nicely decorated, and everyone was friendly. When we’ve had food delivered, it’s always well packaged and still warm. I can’t recommend them enough.
The restaurant is under new ownership, and while my husband and I liked the cuisine in the past, we like this even better. We found the food to be excellent. I had the best Chicken Tikka Masala I’ve ever had, plus a good cheese naan nicely quartered for me. My husband had Lamb Vindaloo and says the meat was of high quality. He also had Chicken Momo, Mango Chutney, and Mango Lassi. Everything was very good!
We had a to-go order and there was a slight language barrier when ordering, but eventually they got everything right. It was worth it to repeat our order three times to different people to get the food we got!
As for the atmosphere, the interior is well-designed and peaceful and quiet, almost reverent—probably a good place to take a client or anyone who wants to converse unimpeded during a meal. However, there are colorful blinking lights running along the baseboards of the booths—not my taste and they would probably drive me crazy if I sat down to eat there—or at least make me want to leave in a hurry. I hope the new owners will reconsider their decorating decision on this.
