  Not all Chipotle are the same. The one in Cedar Cliff doesn't fill their bowls like other Chipotles

  absolutely diabolical portions. the bowl literally never gets filled to the top, and if i ask for more they end up charging me for “extra”. i might as well be eating crumbs out in the parking lot instead of wasting $15 for 3 specks of meat and a gram of rice the food is fine though, tastes great and fresh

  I’m really only leaving this review in hopes that management sees this and makes some changes namely in having more staff during rushes and having better standards for cleanliness. I really felt bad for the staff because they were slammed with online orders and with a line to the door. That being said, that place was a disgusting mess. There was food spilled on absolutely every inch of the line. I saw not one rag in the whole place. The girl making burritos was alerted by a customer she had spilled a good portion of their food onto the line and the employee simply grabbed a paper napkin and just smeared it more across the surface, not actually cleaning it. There was no music, just the sound of utensils and empty metal containers clattering to the ground. The girl making our burritos went straight from handling food to handling cash in the same gloves and then didn’t change them as she went back to handling food. I had to let her know that a part of my burrito was exposed and being drug across the counter where there was previously cash laying. I ended up paying $60+ dollars for 2 burritos, a bowl and some dips and feeling disgusted and not even wanting to eat the food because of the deplorable conditions of that restaurant. Again, the blame doesn’t entirely lie with the staff as they were running around trying to keep up with the rush. At the same time, for how much this food costs, I feel yall can afford to hire some more staff, schedule shifts better and for the LOVE OF GOD, implement and UPHOLD some better cleaning standards. This was a hot mess. Now I’m going to reluctantly eat this burrito I paid $20 for that is literally seasoned with the detritus of every other burrito that was made before mine, and pray we don't get food poisoning.

  They have bad service. I waited 30 minutes inside the restaurant to get my food

  ordered lettuce and received spinach… if you don’t have any on the line just don’t put it on, or don’t substitute with food I didn’t ask for!
