  This Arby’s was dirty and no one wants to wait on you, including the employee leaning on the counter browsing on her phone. This was at noon, lunch hour. It’s no wonder there was only one person in line and no drive thru customers at this time of day. It used to be much better and much busier. I didn’t stay.

  Haven't been to an Arby's for a long time. While the food was fast food, it was Arby's food and overall not bad. Service was on par and the restaurant wasn't really 'clean" per se, but clean enough for basic tables to eat your food.

  There was a small wait for the order but the girl at the window was very friendly at 11pm :) always makes the experience better

  We have not been to Arbys in over a year. We finally decided to give them another try and man that was a mistake. My meal was the turkey bacon ranch sandwich meal (without ranch as it makes me sick) with potatoe cakes and a chocolate milkshake. We get home and the milkshake is not chocolate but vanilla... the sandwich is COVERED in ranch (even though the printed ticket that was stuck to the wrapper of sandwich says no ranch) and the potato cakes were soggy and cold. The entire meal had to be tossed. What an expensive waste of gas, time and money.
